Des Moines, IA (March 31, 2026) - Iowa's Food Diary is taking a trip to Scoops by Beth in Highland Park to catch up with Beth Mensing from season 1 to take a look in to how much has changed since the filming of her original segment in June 2025. Coming to the CW - KCWI this May.
